Bellydance?
Bellydance is great for toning around the lower body. Its a low impact exercise that has many beautiful soft moves that improve core strength, as well as faster movements that are energising and have you work up a sweat!
Level 1 - Beginners

How to Book?

What You Will Need:
- A laptop or large TV screen connected to internet to view class clearly
- An extra loud speaker connected to your device or wireless headphones to hear instructions and music well
- Wear comfortable clothes - leggings, gym wear and hip scarf to tie around hips. Its best not to wear shoes

WHAT TO WEAR
comfortable clothing - leggings, pants, singlet, gym wear, no shoes required. Spare hip scarves provided.
PARKING
Off street parking is free from 6pm. Watch out for the parking permit zones. Parking facility at Melbourne Museum on Nicholson Street with cheap late afternoon & weekend rates.
TRANSPORT
Tram 11, 12, 30, 109, 86 and 96 to St Vincent's Plaza tram stop or Gertrude Street. The train to Parliament station is about a 6 minute walk but you can get on the tram for 1 stop to reach St Vincent's Plaza tram stop.
