Why Try

Bellydance?

 

Bellydance is great for fitness and weight loss and especially  toning around the lower body. Its a low impact exercise that has many beautiful soft moves that improve core strength, as well as faster movements that are energising and have you work up a sweat!

What to Wear: 

Comfortable clothes -  leggings, gym wear and hip scarf to tie around hips. Its best not to wear shoes. We have spare hip scarves at the studio

STUDIO ENTRANCE 

Please arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before class. Doors will be locked so please use the bell located on the brick wall or if running late or need to get in touch please call or text 0407770164. Our private dance studio is located above The Aegean Restaurant. Use the main restaurant entrance. 

WHAT TO WEAR

Comfortable clothing - leggings, pants, singlet, gym wear, no shoes required. Spare hip scarves provided.

PARKING

Off street parking is free from 6pm. Watch out for the parking permit zones. Parking facility at Melbourne Museum on Nicholson Street with cheap late afternoon & weekend rates. 

TRANSPORT

Tram 11, 12, 30, 109, 86 and 96 to St Vincent's Plaza tram stop or Gertrude Street. The train to Parliament station is about a 6 minute walk but you can get on the tram for 1 stop to reach St Vincent's Plaza tram stop.
